More Advice, Less Memoir

This wasn't quite what I was expecting. I went in thinking it'd be mostly a memoir/autobiography, but what I got leaned more into life experience and tips on how to be a better manager/executive. Some good advice in general in it, but it was in general a pretty rigid piece.
